2. The production time for each category is 15-20 working days. Transportation time is 7-10 working days. The total delivery time from order placement to delivery is approximately one month.


3. Doors are manufactured to order in China, Guangdong.The door is made of environmentally friendly, stain-resistant urethane and UV inhibitor, making it durable and long-lasting. The door is fully assembled and ready for installation (but does not include cutlery and handles).

Maintenance Instruction

❶ Daily dusting: Use a microfiber dry cloth to gently wipe the surface; avoid using a damp cloth.
❷ Humidity control: Maintain environmental humidity between 40% and 60%; use a dehumidifier during the rainy season.
❸ Sun protection and crack prevention: Avoid direct sunlight; leave a 5mm expansion gap at the bottom of the door during winter when using underfloor heating.
❹ Quarterly maintenance: Apply a thin coat of beeswax or wood oil, then buff along the grain.
❺ Impact protection: Apply 3M felt pads to the back of the door to prevent hardware from colliding with the wood surface.

Scratch emergency response: For shallow scratches, rub with walnut kernels; for deep scratches, touch up with a matching-color wood wax pencil.
Chemical restrictions: Keep away from alcohol/disinfectants; use only wood-specific cleaning sprays for cleaning.
