Shipping Policy
TOKSOMIKE HOUSE understands how important it is for you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner, so we will process your order quickly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has begun to ship. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed for shipment until the following Monday.
TOKSOMIKE HOUSE offers worldwide shipping to our customers, prices vary by country.
We offer two international shipping options for international customers: air freight and sea freight. Air freight typically takes 7-10 business days, while sea freight takes 25-30 business days. We do not profit from shipping fees. Our shipping rates are very conservative, and in many cases, the shipping fees we charge are even lower than the actual cost of the product. Shipping fees are not part of our product.
Due to international tariffs, import taxes, and shipping costs, we are unable to offer a “free shipping” option to our international customers. Our international shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order.
Once your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. We have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card. We immediately confirm that the product is available for shipment and in stock. If it is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item(s) are available for shipment (or is made to order) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Stock orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of the date the order is placed (often sooner). You will receive the tracking information by email within 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking information within 6 business days, feel free to follow up at info@toksomikehouse.com.
Lead time on products that are out of stock or require customization is 10-15 business days.
International air shipments typically arrive within 7-14 business days. However, customs clearance may cause delays, extending delivery times to 15-20 business days. This is very rare, but please be aware of this possibility.
If you are having problems shipping your shipment, please contact the shipping company. In most cases, TOKSOMIKE HOUSE will not be able to provide any additional information or changes once your shipment has left our warehouse.
TOKSOMIKE HOUSE is not responsible for any packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
