TOKSOMIKE HOUSE understands how important it is for you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner, so we will process your order quickly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has begun to ship. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed for shipment until the following Monday.

TOKSOMIKE HOUSE offers worldwide shipping to our customers, prices vary by country.

We offer FedEx international shipping for our international customers. We do not make money by charging for shipping. Our shipping costs are very conservative and in many cases we charge less than the actual cost of the product. Shipping costs are not our product.

Due to international tariffs, import taxes, and shipping costs, we are unable to offer a “free shipping” option to our international customers.

Our international shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order.

All packages shipped internationally via FedEx generally arrive within 7-14 business days. However, delays due to customs may require 15-20 business days of transit time. This is very rare, but please be aware of this possibility.

If you are having problems shipping your shipment, please contact the shipping company. In most cases, TOKSOMIKE HOUSE will not be able to provide any additional information or changes once your shipment has left our warehouse.

TOKSOMIKE HOUSE is not responsible for any packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
