Return and Refund Policy
 

Cancellation of Orders:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. You may change your contact and shipping information by logging into the TOKSOMIKE HOUSE website. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible, but we may not be able to cancel an order if it is already being processed. Please note that cancellation requires confirmation from us.

 

Returns of non-customized and returnable items:
For all returns with a change of mind
Within 15 days of receipt of order: We will issue a full refund in the same manner as you purchased, less a 20% administrative fee for labor inspection, polishing and repackaging.
30 days or more after receipt of order: No returns will be accepted.

 


Returns process:
Initiation: For exchanges, please contact Customer Service at info@toksomikehouse.com to initiate the return process.
PACKAGING: Properly pack the item in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) safely. Items damaged in transit will be considered non-conforming and will be refused.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please use only the return shipping address provided by us or the return shipping label for the specific item. Please do not send purchased items back to the shipping address. Otherwise, refunds will be denied.
Shipping: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
RETURN CUSTOMS CHARGES: Please mark the value $15 or less to ensure customs charges are not duplicated.
Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China or the USA.


Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you have ordered a defective product, please email us at info@toksomikehouse.com within 14 days of the product's arrival with your order number and detailed pictures. We are happy to offer a quick replacement for any faulty product.

 

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned/refunded:
Initial delivery and shipping charges, this also applies to orders where we offer free shipping.
Any non-original, damaged or missing parts not caused by us.
VAT/duty charges on imports/returns (if not correctly marked as returned/defective).
Any modifications beyond the original specification.
Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any product customized to your specifications.
Any customized products.
All items listed under “Non-Returnable Goods”.
Refusal to accept the goods, failure to collect the goods at the point of service or destruction of the package by the carrier as a result of failure to collect the goods will result in no refund.

 

Refunds:
Processing Time: Returns are processed within a minimum of 20 days from receipt of the merchandise.
REFUND PERIOD: Refunds may take up to 3-12 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
NOTIFICATION: You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
