The BDK36 Carbon Steel Barn Door Kit has a horseshoe design, which can support a single sliding door weighing up to 150 kilograms. Our kit has been carefully designed to fit perfectly with your barn door. Available in a variety of sizes, it is ideal for heavy duty interior doors in both residential and commercial applications.

Daily: bottom door clearance check (10-15mm should be maintained)

Weekly: quick wipe of slide surface

Monthly: Screw tightness check

Quarterly: lubrication + pulley condition check

Yearly: full dismantling inspection + anti-rust treatment

Through systematic maintenance, the service life of high-quality slide rail can reach more than 10 years. If there are complicated problems such as deformation of the rail or sliding wheel out of groove, it is recommended to contact a professional installer to deal with the problem.
