The BDK35 Small Horseshoe Hook Bypass Barn Door Hardware Kit and BDK36 are structurally similar, both featuring a classic design reminiscent of the days when barn doors were used in actual functioning barns. Utilize our patented small horseshoe barn door hardware to easily transform awkward niches or tight layouts. Ideal for closets adjacent to staircases, uniquely angled pantry entrances, or unique room partitions where traditional hardware cannot be used.

Daily: bottom door clearance check (10-15mm should be maintained)

Weekly: quick wipe of slide surface

Monthly: Screw tightness check

Quarterly: lubrication + pulley condition check

Yearly: full dismantling inspection + anti-rust treatment

Through systematic maintenance, the service life of high-quality slide rail can reach more than 10 years. If there are complicated problems such as deformation of the rail or sliding wheel out of groove, it is recommended to contact a professional installer to deal with the problem.
