Specification

1. The door is made with 3 sheets of MDF, pressed into a solid 1-1/2" door. Heavy duty for maximum durability and sound protection.

2. The production time for each category is 15-20 working days. Transportation time is 7-10 working days. The total delivery time from order placement to delivery is approximately one month.


3. Doors are manufactured to order in China, Guangdong.The door is made of environmentally friendly, stain-resistant urethane and UV inhibitor, making it durable and long-lasting. The door is fully assembled and ready for installation (but does not include cutlery and handles).

Maintenance Instruction

1. Waterproof and moisture-proof

2. Absolutely do not immerse or expose to water for extended periods of time (may expand and deform when exposed to water)
When cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth wrung out until no water drips, then immediately dry with a dry cloth
Gentle cleaning

3. For daily dusting, use an electrostatic duster or ultra-fine fiber dry cloth
For stains, spray a neutral cleaner (such as diluted dish soap) onto a cloth and gently wipe; do not spray directly onto the door panel
Avoid light and heat

4. Keep away from radiators/air conditioner vents (high temperatures can cause the veneer to bubble)
Install UV-blocking curtains in areas exposed to direct sunlight (to prevent fading)
Impact and scratch resistance

5. Do not use sharp objects to pry the edges during transportation (damaged edges may accelerate water absorption)
Apply anti-collision silicone beads to the back of the door (to prevent the handle from colliding with the door panel)
Edge maintenance

6. Inspect the edge strips quarterly for lifting, and repair promptly with wood glue (quick-drying type)
Fill scratches with MDF-specific repair paste (select a matching color code)
